Zoom Boom Club has started in P4. The six-week programme will inject a huge amount of physical activity into the school week. The sessions will involve playing games, huff and puff cardio exercises, just dance moves, strengthening the core, stretches, balance and coordination. In our first session P4 warmed up by moving to “I like to move it, move it”. This was followed by some stretches; the butterfly and the grasshopper. This was followed by strengthening the core using the curling snake exercise. For cardio a game of popcorn tag was held and for balancing the wiggly worm needed to be jumped. For coordinating P4 had to do some juggling. The session finished with some breathing exercises.
