Michael from Action Mental Health visited P4 today. We began by watching a video of Lucy’s Blue Day. P4 discussed various feelings and what makes them feel happy or sad. Michael then made a mind jar and we could see how our thoughts and feelings can get mixed up. We practiced different techniques to use to help us control our feelings. We played the Bean game and Michael finished off by reading a pop up book called The Colour Monster.
