The Cross Country Club enjoyed a rigorous hill sprint session. After a warm up the children were shown where to run and they first set off in pairs and then in sets of four. All children showed great determination to get up the Moat hill and it was lovely to see good sportsmanship. Well done to all runners 🏃♀️ 🏃
