The first Cross Country Club proved to be lots of fun. After a warm up, the runners were told about running techniques and they then went on to do a fun relay. This was followed by a few laps around the field, where the children had to jog the long side and sprint the short side. The session was closed with some stretches with everyone feeling really good. Can’t wait till next week. 😃🏃♀️🏃
