There was a full house at Cross Country Club, with 26 pupils taking part. After a warm up jog and dynamics, the children did an activity called “Last to First “. They had to do a slow jog in a line and then the person right at the back had to sprint all the way to the top of the line and take over. After that they did some sprint races, followed by a cool down stretch. 🏃♀️🏃
