The Cross Country Club had another great session. After a warm up jog and some dynamics, the children requested to repeat last week’s “Last to First “ exercise. This time the children were split into two groups and Mrs Moore stayed at the front to maintain a steady pace. After that the children wanted to run some races. They all did really well!
