Online applications for free school meals/ uniform grants are now open. You may find yourself in a queue and you may want to apply at a less busy time. We recommend that applications are made before the end of June.
Parents/ guardians of children who are already in receipt of free school meals/ uniform grant will need to apply again for school year beginning in September 2021.
For parents/ guardians of pupils who received free school meals during this school year i.e. September 2020 to June 2021 a holiday food payment will be made for the summer holiday period. We will confirm dates for this payment in the coming weeks.
You can still apply for free school meal and uniform grant assistance for this school year i.e. September 2020 to June 2021 but you must do so before June 30th. Please call or email the helpdesk, contact details are below.
For new applicants for year September 2021/22 your free school meal entitlement will begin in September 2021.
Please note ‘if your child is in full-time nursery school/nursery unit/reception class you can apply for Free School Meals but they will not be eligible for a uniform grant. Children in part-time nursery school/nursery Unit or reception class are not eligible for free school meals or a uniform allowance.
