P1 had an amazing time during the 4Corner Coaching session with Ross. Ross had got the wall bars out, had laid down some mats and put out some benches for balancing exercises. It was such a treat being allowed to climb as high as you could and to swing on the ropes and hoops. The balancing was a bit tricky, but also fun. We also enjoyed the mat exercises.
