We are continuing to use the gym apparatus with Ross. He sets out different stations for us and we each get a turn to try out the different zones. We climb the bars, work our way over the monkey bars, climb the ropes, we use the beams to work on our balance, and to help us to do sit ups. We look forward to our session with Ross each week 🤩
