The sun ☀️ shone for us today for our trip to Florencecourt. We boarded our bus, collected our St Ronans friends and off we went. After enjoying our snack together we listened to Lorna tell us all about different life spans of caterpillars and flowers. We made our own spring books, which included wild flower seeds for us to plant. We then split into two different groups. We each enjoyed a walk through the forest to the Walled Garden with our different leaders Joan and Lorna. We investigated the pond and found some frog spawn. We watched and waited and yes we saw frogs 🐸 at the side of the pond enjoying the sunshine. We then took our turn to plant lots of different flowers 🌷 which we brought back to school to enjoy. We enjoyed our lunch, had another walk and boarded our fun bus home. We really enjoyed our trip to Florencecourt 🤗
