Today in 4 Corner Coaching, the P3 class was very excited to see the gym bars out again. We are really enjoying these sessions. We practised our balance, we used our strength to put ourselves along the bars, the floor mats and benches. Ross encouraged us to take the next leap of faith by joining up some of our movements from one apparatus to another.
