P7 Core NI lesson; action packed

Nathan of Core NI took no prisoners! From the word ‘go’ P7 were running, dodging, jumping, squatting and sprinting as fast as they could. The session started off with a game of tag, followed by dodgeball and then a countdown from 20 of squats and star jumps. The cool down session consisted of breathing exercises. The star student was chosen because of her enthusiasm, good listening and having a smile on her face 😀
