P7 Paws B programme

P7 enjoyed the last session of Paws B, a mindfulness programme for primary schools with Bronagh. Over the past six weeks, the children touched on topics such as ‘Our Amazing Minds’, Making Choices’, ‘Noticing the Wobble’,  ‘Choosing your Path’, ‘The Storytelling Mind’ and ‘Growing Happiness’. They tried various techniques to practise mindfulness, such as breathing exercises and training your attention to be more aware.
