We made the BEST pancakes in P5/6. We followed Mrs Neelys recipe and took turns measuring, cracking eggs, mixing and pouring the batter and then we got to add our own toppings. We learnt that once the batter has bubbles in it on the pan that it’s ready to flip. We are now making books on the ipad on the method, contents, ingredients and even some fun facts about pancakes.
