Today’s rugby session started with an intense warm up session that included sprints, star jumps, bunny kicks and Jack in the box jumps. The children then took part in an obstacle course whilst carrying and passing a rugby ball. To finish of the children had their first attempt at playing a simple match of rugby. The children showed great competitive spirit!
